Board Member: Mr. Tiago Machado Rodrigues TMN - Portugal Telecom WiFi Service Manager

Tiago Machado Rodrigues is responsible for the Public Wi-Fi business with in Portugal Telecom (TMN- Telecomunicações Móveis Nacionais). Tiago works in TMN since November 2007. TMN is the GSM operator of Portugal Telecom (PT), being the market leader in Portugal for mobile services (voice and data), Tiago´s responsibilities are the Wi-Fi service management, development and strategy, including the internationalization of the service. PT runs the biggest network of Public Wi-Fi Hotspots in Portugal with more than 1.500 locations.

Tiago works in Portugal Telecom Group since January 1997, having roles on strategic marketing, regulatory affairs, pricing, product development and roaming.

Tiago holds a Master of Science in Economics and Management of Science and Technology from the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão – Universidade Técnica de Lisboa, and a Degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Superior de Gestão de Lisboa and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Administration by the Humberside University, United Kingdom.
